Lists and programmes for Saltire Summer
Normally we have a break from mid-May to early September, but until the end of July we danced on Wednesdays from 7.30 to 9.30 pm, at St Luke’s Church Hall, Franklin Square. The aim of these sessions is to try out some potentially more challenging dances. The evenings cost £3 per person. Betty’s programme for Wednesday July 29 was the last in this series.

8th July. Alan’s programme. 17 attended. The Orchards of Co. Armagh and Scott Meikle were not danced.
1st July. Valerie’s programme. 18 attended.
24th June. Betty’s programme. 11 attended. Never At Sea was not danced.
17th June. Carol’s programme. 19 attended. Silver Thistle and Donna’s Dancing Shoes were not danced.
10th June. Valerie’s programme. 19 attended. Tea Pottery and Mrs MacPherson of Inveran were not danced.
27th May. Betty’s programme. 13 attended. Tullienessie and Forbes Hall, The Rothesay Rant and Toast to the Mousies were not danced.
20th May. Valerie’s programme. 16 attended. All dances were attempted. Tea Pottery and The Kelpie did not conclude successfully.
