SUMMER DANCING

Summer Dancing, which has been running for years in the York area, starts on Wednesday July 15 from 7.30-9.30 pm, and continues weekly until the final evening on August 26. The sessions take place at the Oaken Grove Community Centre, Haxby, YO32 3QW, and cost £4 per week including refreshments. Dancers are welcome to attend for as many or as few sessions as they like, and there will be a wide variety of dances, all of which will be walked.

Weekly cribs on http://rscdsyork.com (see “Events”), and http://yorkscdclub.org.uk.

The annual End of Summer Dance is on Saturday 29 August at 7.30 pm, at Stockton on the Forest Hall YO32 9UR, with music by the Robert Whitehead duo. Tickets are £12 including refreshments, and can be bought in advance at the evening sessions, or you can pay on the door at the dance.
